CMAA Warehouse Inspection Program

Monthly inspections of cocoa warehouse

The CMAA Warehouse Inspection Program (WIP) was established in the early 1990’s to facilitate cocoa warehouse’s efforts to maintain appropriate standards of storage within the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetics Act and all other pertinent Federal, State and Local requirements. Over the years the WIP transformed into the program you see today and is a value added program that participants can use as part of their food safety plans. The program is independent from CMAA membership and requires separate registration and is recognized by various exchanges and banks.
